Toolstia / Meeting time planner
Plan a meeting across time zones
Setting up a call between Dhaka, London and New York means doing sums with offsets and daylight saving. This planner shows every hour of the day in each place in one table and highlights the hours when everyone is within working time.
- Asia/Dhaka (first column)
- Europe/London
- America/New York
Choose a date and at least one time zone.
How it works
- Pick the date and add the places or time zones involved.
- Set the work day start and end.
- Rows shown in green are inside everyone's work day. A summary lists those hours.
Reading the table
Each row is the same moment in every place. The first place you add sets the hours down the left side, and the other columns show what the clock reads there.
Day changes
When an hour falls on the next or previous calendar day in another place, the cell is marked +1 day or −1 day.
Daylight saving
Offsets come from your browser's time zone data for the date you choose, so changes of clocks are applied correctly. Check a date near a change carefully.
No overlap
With places far apart there may be no shared hour. Widen the work day, or look at the rows where only a few people are outside work hours.
