Border thickness
The thickness is a percentage of the shorter side of your picture, so the border looks in proportion on both small and large images. At 5%, a 1000 px wide picture gets a 50 px border on each side.
The picture grows
The border is added around the outside, so the result is bigger than the original and nothing is cropped from your picture.
Rounded corners
Rounding the corners makes the framed picture look softer. Use PNG or WebP so the corners can be transparent. JPG fills them with black.
