What it supports

Safe by default
Any raw HTML in your Markdown is shown as text and not run, and links are limited to http and https. That makes it safe to convert text from people you do not know.
Download as a page
The download button wraps your HTML in a simple page with a title and viewport tag, so you can open it in a browser or upload it as it is.

No. The conversion happens in your browser.
Does it add any styling?
